1. General

• I offer custom digital art commissions based on client requests. This includes (but is not limited to) illustrations, character designs, portraits, and concept art.

• Please keep in mind that I am still a learning artist, so my style and prices are a subject to change overtime: check my Twitter or Discord to see recent art style changes.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artworks on my social media, include it in my portfolio and to stream the process at twitch.tv/satowori unless otherwise discussed, which may incur additional privacy fee.

• Keep in mind to place your order at least two or more weeks before you'd like your commission done by. Depending on the amount of people in the queue or other urgencies, commissions could take longer to complete. Priority fees will be given to those who wish to receive their order early.

• Visual references are required from the commissioner. If you do not have an existing artwork of the character you want to commission, please provide photo or image references. A well worded description is also welcome.

I also have my Ko-Fi shop where I have posted free twitch assets (emotes, panels, overlays, ect).

2. Process

• You are able to contact me either via email [email protected], or Twitter / Instagram DM with the details found in the order form or I have a premade Google Form.
• After you have contacted me about requesting a commission, I will determine whether I am able to take on your request or not. If accept commission, I will add you to my Trello board where all orders and progress are tracked.
• By default your username you contacted me as will be visible on the board to keep track of your order. If you wish to have a different nickname or stay anonymous, please do let me know.
• Before I am ready to work on the your commission, I will contact you again and send you a PayPal invoice. After payment I will add you to the in progress queue.
• Work in progress is given after each major step: SKETCH and COLORING (these may vary on the type of the commission). The commissioner may request changes (revisions) regarding each step. I progress to the next step after I receive approval to do so from the commissioner.
• You receive the full resolution digital file(s) via email or Google Drive. No physical item will be delivered.

3. Payment

Payments are accepted via PayPal and the full payment must be made before any work begins, unless a milestone payment plan is agreed upon.
All prices are listed in USD.
Commissions are non-refundable once the work has begun, except in cases where the artist is unable to complete the work.

4. Revisions

Minor revisions are included during the sketch/preview phase.
Additional or major revisions after final delivery may incur extra fees.
Revisions that contradict previously approved work may be declined or billed.

5. General Usage

The artist retains full rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client receives personal use rights only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
The artwork may not be resold, altered, or redistributed without explicit permission.
The artist may post the finished piece to their portfolio or social media unless the client requests privacy beforehand.THE COMMISSIONER IS ALLOWED TO:
• Use and/or repost the commissioned artwork with respect to our agreement and with credit to my social media.THE COMMISSIONER IS NOT ALLOWED TO:
• Reproduce/use the artwork commercially ( unless it's a commercial order or discussed otherwise ).
• Edit my artwork in any way unless otherwise discussed.
• Use any commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is not allowed.
• Claim the artwork as their own. Please if circumstances allow, credit me if you can. Thank you!
